Happy belated Thanksgiving to everyone! My Thanksgiving was very nice as always and my Black Friday shopping was quite successful. (Though I think retailers did their best to ruin it by opening at midnight. Stacy and I refused to go along with it and showed up at 5 a.m. as usual.) After picking up a couple more items today, I believe I am completely done with my Christmas list. I plan to make some fudge for people in the next couple of weeks, but other than that I'm done! Now I just need to wrap everything! The DF and I are putting up the decorations tonight and I've switched my car from my USB player to the Christmas stations I have saved, so the Christmas fun is in full swing!
My trip to NYC was a great 4 days, but I was definitely glad to be home at the end. I'm setting up some automatic posts over the next few days to share some photos. Generally they're of the Madison Avenue apartment we stayed in and common tourist sites. We spent most of our time shopping (or in my case, browsing and not buying - haha!) and just enjoying the city. Look for the first post tomorrow!
