Black Friday Fun!
We all met up at Target this morning - Katie and I getting there between 4:15 and 4:30 and Stacy not getting there until after 5:00 (she's notorious for running behind). The store opened at 5, and it was pretty crowded. We all found pretty much everything we were looking for, though, so I have to give Target credit for that. We stood in line forever, but we were headed to the mall where some of the stores weren't open yet anyway. (We made a Starbucks pitstop along the way.) In the mall we hit a ton of the stores, including Macy's, New York & Co., Bath & Body Works, Dick's, H & M, Borders, The Gap, JC Penny, Rack Room Shoes, Hallmark, and Kirkland's. I think that's it. Anyway, I pretty much finished my shopping despite only having a couple of ideas starting out. I didn't buy anything for the DF, but he's easy to shop for. After shopping, Stacy and I saw New Moon and then I headed home. I got back around 5:30 and have since been doing laundry, cooking dinner, and organizing the gifts. I'm pretty excited about wrapping them all and putting them under the tree when we put it up. Today was a great start to the season for sure! Did anyone else go shopping today?

It has begun!
I've officially started shopping for Christmas! I went shopping with Stacy and Tara for a bit today and then
stopped by a mall on my way home. I had a catalog for a certain store, so I already had a few things in mind. I'm trying my best to get a list of things I want to buy ready for Black Friday this year. Most Black Fridays I just wander aimlessly to wherever the people I'm with want to go, but I thought that this year I should be more organized. I'm hoping that will result in some deals. We'll see how it goes. Happy shopping, everyone! :) Oh, and I'm throwing this photo up here because I like that Robert Pattinson's bib says "Time to Get Cracking" (he's eating lobster in another photo). Funny stuff.

Today = Wednesday
Anybody who hears me talk about work knows that Wednesdays are the worst day of the week. I think that's when agents all decide to gang up on me. Unfortunately, this week Wednesday came early! You ever get that feeling that no matter how hard you've been working you didn't really get anything done? That about sums it up. But I still love my job so I know I'll just start over tomorrow and hope for a better day of the week. Think tomorrow could be Friday instead of Wednesday?

I wish...
...we had a Robert Pattinson look-alike in our office to be Edward in our Twilight character theme last week. We don't have anyone even close....oh well. Enjoy the new Vanity Fair outtake anyway!
