Wedding Bells!

The DF and I headed to Evansville this past weekend for a close friend's wedding. Steven was a groomsman. I didn't really know anyone at the rehearsal and dinner except for the DF's guy friends, but I met one of his friends' new wife, Bailey. She was tons of fun, and I really enjoyed hanging out with her. After the rehearsal dinner, everyone headed out for some drinks and fun. Our hotel was near a lot of bars and restaurants, so we walked everywhere. It was really nice. We got in late Friday night/Saturday morning, but everyone was ready on time for the wedding on Saturday. The DF's tux was chocolate brown and pink, which I wasn't a huge fan of, but he looks good in pink so it worked out once he took his jacket off. The DF's family came down for the wedding and reception, so I got to sit with them. We came back yesterday and I did some laundry. We had a great time, but I'm glad it was our last busy weekend of the summer, at least for now. I know it seems like summer is just beginning, but it's been a long couple of months!
