cupcakes, but I thought it would be fun and different since I'm always making cookies. I took some extras into work on Friday and everyone really liked them. They are pretty good, if I do say so myself. And as a bonus to me, I bought a cute little carrier that can hold 12 regular cupcakes, 24 mini cupcakes (who ever makes those?), or a sheet cake. Really, you could put anything in there, though. Pretty fancy, huh?Meanwhile, for our romantic Valentine's Day, the DF and I are getting our taxes done! :)

Happy Valentines Day! Red Velvet Cake is the best! And with cream cheese frosting...mmmmmm. Not our most romantic day either; your uncle has to work. :( Oh well.

Red Velvet cupcakes sound great. I won't tell the Waltons' you make those because they love red velvet cake. A friend of the family use to make them for us but she has passed away so we no longer get them. Hope the tax meeting went well and you enjoyed your time together as a couple. Your V-day was good, but ours was better! We went to White Castle. We had reservations and everything. It really was a good time. Corny, but but. Hope you are doing well, I check up on you on here every now and again.
